Does It Matter What College(s) I want To Target:
- Absolutely not.
- We’re here to assist you at every level, whether it’s DI or DIII. At College Recruiting Experts , we take pride in advising student-athletes with aspirations of playing college sports.
- Regardless of the colleges on your list, our job is to help you find the best academic and athletic fit for you.
+ What Are The Expectations For An Expert's Forum Response?
Response Time:
- Once a question is posted for the College Recruiting Experts, please allow up to 1-2 business days for a response.
- Experts may take some time to respond to your questions as they could be conducting research or crafting a thorough and meaningful response.
- Please keep in mind that all responses are posted within a public forum, so it is important that the responses are well-crafted and accurate.
- Understand that our Recruiting Experts, being humans with families, may not respond to questions over the weekends and extended weekends.
+ How Do The Experts Conduct My Evaluation & What's Included?
Our experts will request that you share your video through a secure portal. We will provide you with a task list before you create and send in your video, ensuring that the angles and shots we are looking for provide us with the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.
Once your evaluation is completed, a virtual meeting will be scheduled so that your evaluator can share and explain all of their feedback and suggestions. During this meeting, you will receive:
- Valuable analysis and feedback about your current and future (projected) playing ability.
- A discussion related to our suggested list of conferences, divisions, etc., where we believe your talent meets the level of college competition.
- A comprehensive plan for you to improve your athleticism, both for your individual sport and your general overall fitness.
- Answers to any of your questions related to the feedback and anlaysis.
Important Note:
- For video evaluations, the student-athlete is responsible for following instructions to share their video for evaluation.
- While we aim for a quick turnaround, once the video is received, please allow 2-3 weeks for our Experts to review and schedule a video consultation.
+ Why Do Experts Recommend Additional Services?
Additional Services:
- Occasionally, the Recruiting Experts may recommend taking advantage of additional services such as the Video Evaluation Service or One-On-One Video Conference & Consulting Service.
- These recommendations are optional, and there is no pressure to sign up for any additional services.
- Trust that recommendations for additional services are made only if the Expert believes a more in-depth analysis or consultation would benefit your unique situation.
+ Conduct Rules, Respect and Forum Policy
Forum Conduct:
- Foul or offensive language is strictly prohibited in the forum.
- Discriminatory language is not permitted.
- Solicitation or marketing within the forum is not allowed.
- Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination from the forum without a refund.

+Cancellation, Refund and Non-Transferable Policy
Refund, Cancellation, and Non-Transferable Policy:
Refunds
- There are no refunds for any membership plan or any additional services
Monthly Membership
- Monthly members may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will be effective at the completion of the current monthly billing period.
- Failure to cancel before the end of the billing period will result in automatic renewal for the next month.
Annual Membership
- Annual members may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will be effective at the completion of the current annual billing period.
- Failure to cancel before the end of the membership period will result in automatic renewal for the next full year.
Other Membership Plans
- There are no cancellations for any other membership plans.
Non-Transferable
- Memberships, evalaluations and additional paid services are not transferable to another student-athlete.
High School Membership Conclusion
- High school memberships will conclude in July of the student-athlete’s senior year.
Unused Evaluations or Additional Services or Consultations
- There are no refunds or credits for unused evaluations or additional services
- For video evaluations, the student-athlete is responsible for following instructions to share their video for evaluation.
- Once the video is received, please allow 2-3 weeks for our Experts to review and schedule a video consultation.
